Our flagship product

Truedy is proof of how we think about software.

Truedy was built as a conversational virtual assistant that can move beyond answering questions and into the operating workflow: qualifying leads, supporting scheduling, connecting communication channels and working with CRM infrastructure.

01Conversation-first UXSoftware should feel natural to use even when the workflow underneath is complex.
02Connected infrastructureProducts become more useful when they connect to the tools the business already relies on.
03Built for real operationsThe goal is software that removes friction from an actual process, not another disconnected dashboard.

Beyond Truedy

We build custom software when the standard tool is not enough.

Custom does not mean complexity for complexity’s sake. We start with the workflow, determine what should actually become software, and build around the business case.

Development partnership option

We can build it for you — or build it with you.

For selected projects, True P4P can participate as a development partner instead of working only as a traditional software vendor.

When the product, team and opportunity are a strong fit, we can explore structures where part of the development engagement is exchanged for an agreed percentage of the project — such as equity, revenue participation or another mutually defined commercial structure.

Discuss a Partnership Structure ↗
Partnership structures are considered case by case and are subject to scope, strategic fit, due diligence and a separate written agreement.
01 Traditional development engagement Defined scope, build plan and commercial terms for a custom software project.
02 Hybrid build + participation A combination of development fees and an agreed percentage tied to the project or business.
03 Strategic product partnership For select opportunities where True P4P can contribute product, technical and go-to-market value beyond the build itself.
How we build

Start with the business problem. Then design the software.

We define the workflow before committing to the interface or technical stack. That keeps the build focused on the outcome instead of unnecessary features.

01DiscoverMap the process, users, friction points, integrations and measurable outcome.
02DesignDefine the product experience, workflows, architecture and minimum viable scope.
03BuildDevelop the application, connect systems, test edge cases and prepare deployment.
04IterateLaunch, observe real usage and improve the product from operational feedback.
Private client work · NDA protected

Some of our software work cannot live on a public portfolio.

In addition to Truedy, we have worked on other software products and custom builds that are protected by confidentiality agreements. We do not publish client names, product details or proprietary workflows without permission.

When a relevant case study would help evaluate a project, we can review appropriate examples privately during a meeting and discuss what can be shared within the applicable confidentiality constraints.
